    And this is why you don’t send anything until you get paid. It still amazes me a) how many designers send across files without receiving formal signoff and payment and b) how many clients take it personally.

    Me: Hi. I was wondering if you received the invoices I sent, we are going on almost 4 months. I know it’s only $200, but if you could pay it, we’d appreciate it.
